Assuming for the sake of argument that the Critical Legal Studies definition that "Reification" is an illegitimate process whereby "an abstract concept is treated as if it is concrete or real," is a valid definition, we can see that the term "theosphany" is clearly an illegitimate reified concept. There is no real definition of "theosphany" at all. In fact, "theosphany" seems to be an illegal use of sophistry in violatin of Sheriff's Law. Opus Dei-Al Queda, stupid henchmen, are using the term "theosphany" in an attempt to illegally and immorally stop persons from reasonable doing such things as: Celebrating Christmas, eating chocolate, having a beer or a glass of wine, doing well in school, believing in the American Constitution, believing in the Declaration of Independence, etc. Any person who uses the term "theosphany" in an attempt to persecute another, should be thrown in jail for violating Sheriff's Law, the Law of Logic.

Thus, you should be able to have your beautiful out of state cop date charged with violating the Federal Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 and thus get some leverage against her and the Pittsburgh Police and Allegheny Prosecutor's Office. Alternate targets of these beautiful cops are Pittsburgh Pirates baseball fans and Steeler's football fans.

I Tony Fejfar am throwing my hat in as a Liberal Republican cantidate for President of the United States. I promise to balance the budget and fund zero interest college loans, increase military pay and salaries, provide hobby and volunteer stipends and thus cut welfare spending and unemployment spending. I also promise to fund substantial academic research stipends for university faculty. I also promise to cut electric costs to the consumer by half using a new propane-electric steam turbine electric generator. I also promise to cut pollution with the new smoke stack scrubber that is available, a new form of gasoline car engine with virtually zero emmisions, and, a new propane-electric steam powered car which will have virtually zero pollution and will be about 800 horsepower and will get about a million miles to the gallon. I will also close every prison in America and replace them with Apartment Internment with a sliding privelege system which is humane and safe. Psychiatric Wards which are corrupt will also be closed and replaced with Apartment Internment with a sliding privelege system. I will also put in place a national health and dental care plan which will provide major hospitalization and urgent care as well as dental care. This will be organized state by state using private health insurance with negotiated reasonable rates and a guarteed minimum income for doctors and dentists. I will also establish pro bono trust funds in each state which will provide sliding fee scale access to regular attorneys in practice. I will push for a navy, marine corps, air force, and army which uses primarily drone, human remote controlled ships, tanks, planes, and submarines. The fighting men and women will get to stay home in America at the controls, while the drones do the fighting. I will be able to reduce the military budget by using the new propane-electric engine, which should massively reduce fuel costs. I will end poverty and guaranteed every American the minimum of a middle class lifestyle. I will also put in place tree farming to end clear cutting of trees, as well as national recyling such as America had in World War II. I intend to get rid of high cost, ineffective nuclear weapons and nuclear power plants. The new type of electrical generation is much less expensive and much more efficient. As to nuclear weapons, we are much better off using conventional high explosives on warheads with a first strike capability, and living in a world on nuclear feat.
Finally, I will pay for all of the above with Federal Reserve, off budget, Economic Development Money whose purpose is to fund all of the above, as well as keeping the M1 Money Supply high enough to avoid a recession or a depression. No tax increase will be necessary.



The only negative that might be asserted against me is that I have a bipolar illness label. My position is that I was subtely given LSD and PCPs by political enemies in order for it to appear that I was "mentally ill."
